Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents, conducting detailed legal research, supporting attorneys in drafting filings for patents, trademarks, and copyrights, and managing documentation for client portfolios. The Paralegal will also handle general administrative tasks and ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines.QualificationsProficiency in law and legal principles relevant to intellectual propertySkills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, proofreading, and reviewing contracts and filingsStrong Research abilities with attention to detail and accuracyEffective Communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with Document Review processes and toolsExcellent organizational and time management skillsBachelor’s degree in any fieldPrior experience or knowledge in intellectual property laws is an advantage
