About usWe are an aerospace startup building unmanned aircraft systems for logistics, delivery, and emerging applications. We design, build, and fly our own aircraft. Our work spans the full stack: aerodynamic design, composite structures, flight software, and ground systems. We are a small, high-caliber team focused on real hardware, rapid iteration, and flight-tested systems. If you want to work on aircraft that actually fly, this is the place.What you'll doOwn aircraft conceptual design: MTOW, wing loading, aspect ratio, propulsion sizing, CG, and stabilityPerform aerodynamic design and validation using XFLR5, OpenVSP, or similar toolsConduct structural sizing and material trade studies (composites vs aluminum, weight vs cost vs manufacturability)Build MATLAB/Simulink models for performance, control surface sizing, and stability & control analysisDefine the design baseline that drives manufacturing (drawings, specifications, documentation)Work hands-on during prototype builds alongside the teamParticipate in flight testing: pre-flight checks, test execution, and post-flight analysisRequirementsStrong fundamentals in aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, and stability & controlProficiency in MATLAB and SimulinkExperience with XFLR5, OpenVSP, or similar aerodynamic toolsUnderstanding of composite structures and design for manufacturabilityAbility to produce clear technical documentation and defend design decisions2–6 years of experience, or exceptional fresh graduates with strong UAV project experience (SAE Aero, AeroDesign, thesis UAVs, etc.)Pay and benefits₹10–16 LPA (experience and institution dependent)Housing allowance: ₹10,000–15,000/monthTransport support (company vehicle or commute allowance)Health insurance: ₹5 lakh family floaterLearning budget: ₹25,000/yearDirect flight access — you will fly and test the aircraft you design
