We are sector- and stage-agnostic, and leverage our proprietary approaches and data gathering pipelines to uncover market intelligence most relevant to modern businesses and investors.Founded by an IIT Delhi alumnus, NYU Stern MBA and former NYC investment banker, the firm aims to utilize a strong understanding and know-how of private markets to deliver a compelling value proposition to all participants involved.Position OverviewBeing highly proactive with deliverables and having the motivation and patience required to build something novel and new-ageConducting in-depth market research and industry research to create an industry prioritization matrix and rank order sectors of interestSourcing opportunities through the evaluation of companies and competitors to originate investor-fundable investment opportunitiesPrepare, review or refine PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and Excel spreadsheets pertaining to business development initiatives, investor decks, financial models, legal documentation, etcSupporting with creation of models, keywords, tags, databases or methodologies to assist software developers with inputs that could enrich the platform development in any wayAssisting with liaising and setting up meetings with potential business partners, investors, clients, etcPreparing data-rich and accurate databases of startups, funds, family offices, angel investors, and HNIsWorking on other initiatives as required, including high-quality content generation for LinkedIn pages, building contacts and networks, conducting research to update on investor events and networking opportunitiesExperience PreferredCandidates from top Indian or global B-schools or undergrad programmes (recent graduates are welcome to apply)Ideally someone who has relevant internship experience in a client-facing roleSomeone motivated to work in a rapidly-evoloving environment and comfortable with the startup grindNon-IB candidates who want to try out IB before making the jump full timeCandidates with great written and verbal communication skillsCompensationIn-line with experience and fitPerformance-linked incentives and commissionsProgressionConversion into a full-time position possible for interns demonstrating high performance and fit with the company objective and culture
