Indicative range: $55,000 – $95,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.Role OverviewWe are hiring Data Annotators to label, evaluate, and improve the data that trains modern AI models. The role involves close, careful work — reading model outputs, applying clear labelling guidelines, and helping the next generation of AI systems get smarter.Key Responsibilities- Annotate text, image, audio, or video data according to detailed labelling guidelines- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, helpfulness, and adherence to instructions- Identify edge cases and ambiguities in guidelines and flag them to the annotation lead- Maintain high inter-annotator agreement through consistency and careful judgement- Provide structured feedback that improves future model training rounds- Meet daily and weekly throughput targets while maintaining quality benchmarksRequired Skills and Qualifications- Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail- Comfort with structured guidelines and ability to apply them consistently- Excellent written English and the ability to explain reasoning clearly- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar is a plus- Self-directed; able to work independently on quota-driven projectsWhat You'll Bring- Curiosity about how models behave and why they fail- Rigor in following guidelines and flagging ambiguity early- Strong written communication, including ability to document findings clearly- Comfort working asynchronously across time zonesWhat We Offer- Fully remote, flexible work hours- Performance-based bonus structure- Annual learning & development stipend- Health and wellness benefits (varies by location)- Opportunity to work on high-scale, real-world impact projectsEqual Opportunity StatementThis is an equal opportunity role.
