Client privacy and data security remain our top priorities.Role: Sponsorship & Strategic Partnerships Manager (Events & Platforms)We are looking for an experienced professional to lead sponsorship sales and brand partnerships across multiple events, summits, and business platforms.This role is ideal for someone who understands how to convert brand budgets into high-value collaborations.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and onboard sponsors, brand partners, and advertisers for various events and initiatives• Develop and pitch custom sponsorship packages tailored to different industries• Drive revenue through sponsorships, exhibitions, and brand integrations• Build and maintain strong relationships with CMOs, founders, marketing heads, and agencies• Manage complete deal lifecycle – outreach, negotiation, closure, and execution• Work closely with marketing & event teams to ensure sponsor deliverables and visibility• Create long-term partnerships for repeat business across multiple eventsIdeal Candidate:• 2–6+ years experience in sponsorship sales / brand partnerships / B2B business development• Strong network with brands, corporates, agencies, or startup ecosystem• Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills• Experience in events, media, exhibitions, or communities is a big advantageCompensation:• High-performance-based earning (commission / revenue share)• Potential for retainer + incentives based on performance• Opportunity to grow into a leadership role across multiple platforms
