Volunteers will play a critical role in supporting the operational and strategic objectives of the Bharatpreneurs initiative. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to organize events, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting research, managing communication channels, and assisting with on-ground activities during events. The Volunteer will also help in creating impactful content, managing outreach programs, and building strong relationships with MSME founders and partners.QualificationsExcellent Communication Skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English and Hindi / State Language. Research and Information Gathering abilities to support the creation of impactful programs and initiativesNetworking and Relationship-Building skills to establish valuable connections with entrepreneurs and stakeholdersSocial Media Management and Content Creation experience for outreach and promotional activitiesTeam Collaboration and Organizational skills with the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environmentPassion for entrepreneurship and a strong drive to contribute to the growth of MSMEs in IndiaPrior experience in community engagement, event management, or nonprofit initiatives is a plusBachelor’s degree in business, social sciences, communications, or a related field preferred
