Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Client Outreach & Appointment Setting• Conduct outbound calls to 401K and 403B lead lists to introduce services and offer free consultation appointments• Follow up with warm leads and prior conversations via phone and email• Schedule appointments and manage calendar coordination for the advisor• Maintain professional, neutral, and compliant communication2. Follow-Ups & Relationship Management• Perform consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects and maintain engagement• Track all communication history and ensure timely follow-ups• Support ongoing communication with prospects and existing clients3. Insurance Applications & Documentation• Assist in completing and processing life, disability, and long-term care insurance applications• Accurately input and manage client data in insurance portals• Create, manage, and process digital forms using tools like Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and Adobe Sign• Ensure all paperwork is completed, submitted, and tracked efficiently4. Administrative & Operational Support• Manage and organize client records, files, and documentation• Prepare documents, reports, and forms using MS Word and Excel• Support day-to-day administrative tasks to improve operational efficiency• Maintain structured digital filing systems and workflows5. Compliance & Data Security• Handle sensitive client information with strict confidentiality• Work within secure systems (cloud/virtual environments)• Ensure all documentation and communication meet compliance standards and regulatory requirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications• Strong verbal and written communication skills (especially for phone outreach)• Professional phone etiquette with confidence in appointment setting• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling• Strong organizational and time management skills• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) for documentation and reporting• Experience with Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and Adobe Sign for form creation and management• Comfortable using CRM systems, cloud-based tools, and insurance platforms• Ability to handle confidential financial and personal information responsiblyUS ShiftSalary 20-22k
