Job Description

We are seeking a high-potential TPM Intern to support the execution of global technology programs and build a strong foundation in program and project management. This role offers structured training, hands-on exposure to international projects, and a clear pathway to a full-time role based on performance. Role OverviewYou will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to support program delivery, coordination, and reporting. The role combines technical understanding with strong communication and organizational skills, preparing you to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport planning, execution, and tracking of multiple technical programs and initiativesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to align on deliverables, timelines, and dependenciesPrepare project documentation, reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentationsTrack progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and ensure timely follow-upsAssist in requirement gathering, workflow documentation, and solution alignmentDrive meeting cadences, document minutes, and ensure closure of action itemsProvide support in day-to-day project management and operational tasks Learning and DevelopmentWork on international projects across diverse industries and use casesGain exposure to structured program management, client communication, and delivery modelsReceive mentorship and guidance from senior team members and leadershipBuild capabilities required to transition into a full-time TPM roleRequirementsComputer Science graduatesStrong understanding of software development fundamentals and systems thinkingExcellent communication and presentation skills in EnglishStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesProactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-expectation environment Preferred SkillsExposure to project management tools such as Jira, Azure Devops, or similarBasic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologiesProficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel What We Are Looking ForSelf-starters who are driven, curious, and committed to continuous learningIndividuals who thrive in challenging environments and take ownership of outcomesStrong team players with the ability to collaborate effectively across functionsThis internship is designed to develop future leaders in technical program management, with a clear focus on real responsibility, learning, and growth.
