We are looking for a talented Front End Engineer who is passionate about crafting beautiful, high-performance interfaces to join our team.To expand our operations we are looking for a Senior Developer Key roles and responsibilities:Front End Engineer (React) - GRC PlatformSenior Front End Engineer (Modern UI / ReactJS)UI/Front End Developer (ReactJS) – Enterprise GRCThe RoleAs a Front End Engineer, you will take ownership of the user-facing side of our GRC product. You will translate complex data sets and enterprise workflows into elegant, responsive, and highly interactive user interfaces. You will work heavily with ReactJS and modern UI libraries to build an application that is not just functional, but a joy to use.What You'll DoArchitect & Build: Design and develop robust, highly scalable, and reusable frontend components using ReactJS and TypeScript.Modern UI Implementation: Leverage modern UI frameworks and styling solutions to create sleek, accessible, and highly interactive enterprise dashboards.Data Visualization: Build complex data grids, charts, and reporting tools that make dense GRC data easy to digest.Performance Optimization: Ensure the application is blazing fast, highly responsive, and optimized for maximum performance across devices.Collaborate: Work closely with product, design, and backend engineering to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.What We’re Looking ForReactJS Expertise: Deep understanding of ReactJS, its core principles, and modern features (Hooks, Context API, Server Components, etc.).Modern Styling & UI: Strong experience with modern CSS ecosystems (e.g., Tailwind CSS, styled-components, CSS Modules) and unstyled/accessible component libraries (e.g., Radix UI, Shadcn/UI, Headless UI).TypeScript: Solid proficiency in TypeScript to ensure type safety and code maintainability.State & Data Management: Experience with modern state management and data-fetching tools (e.g., Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query, Redux Toolkit).UX/UI Sensibilities: A strong eye for design, animations (e.g., Framer Motion), and an understanding of UX best practices for enterprise/B2B applications.Quality First: Commitment to writing clean, testable code (Jest, Cypress, or Playwright) and a strong grasp of web accessibility (WCAG) standards.Bonus Points If You Have:Experience building B2B SaaS or enterprise-grade platforms (specifically in GRC, FinTech, or cybersecurity).Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Recharts, Chart.js).Why Join Us?Opportunity to shape the UI/UX direction of a complex, high-impact product from the ground up.Work with a modern tech stack in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Mandatory Qualifications and skills:· Must be qualified as BE in IT/ Computer Science or equivalentWork Schedule:· 5 day flexible work schedule with min 9 hours per day for full time · Weekends are working when there is workload/support issue.Selection process:Video Interview and Live test of Coding Skills.
