Indicative range: $85,000 – $135,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Global Mobility Manager to design and run our employee mobility program. The role combines deep immigration and tax expertise with empathetic employee support — making international moves feel routine, not chaotic.Key Responsibilities- Design and operate the global mobility program, including policies and processes- Manage employee relocations, work permits, and visa applications- Partner with immigration counsel, tax advisors, and relocation vendors- Advise managers and employees on cross-border employment, tax, and benefits- Maintain compliance with immigration, tax, and employment law across jurisdictions- Track mobility data and report on program metricsRequired Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years in global mobility, immigration, or international HR- Strong working knowledge of US and global immigration processes- Familiarity with international tax, payroll, and social security implications- Experience managing immigration counsel and relocation vendors- Excellent written and verbal communication- GMS, GPHR, or similar certification is a plusWhat You'll Bring- Strong interpersonal judgment and the ability to handle sensitive information- Clear written and verbal communication across cultures and seniority levels- A bias toward action and structured problem-solving- Comfort working asynchronously across time zonesWhat We Offer- Fully remote, flexible work hours- Performance-based bonus structure- Annual learning & development stipend- Health and wellness benefits (varies by location)- Opportunity to work on high-scale, real-world impact projectsEqual Opportunity StatementThis is an equal opportunity role.
