Financial Planning, Budgeting & MISLead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisMonitor Actual vs Budget performance across projects and departmentsDeliver monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, and strategic insightsConduct project profitability, ROI, and cost analysisOversee weekly and monthly cash flow forecasting and working capital planning3. Accounting & Financial ReportingOversee end-to-end accounting operations across projects and branchesEnsure timely:General Ledger closureTrial Balance preparationMonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsSupervise:Revenue recognition as per project milestonesFixed asset accountingInter-company and branch accountingVendor, bank, and debtor reconciliationsFinalize balance sheets and financial statements in coordination with auditors and management4.
