Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious student or recent graduate with a background in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or Journalism. This role is designed for individuals aiming for a career in diplomacy, think tanks, or high-end international media. You will act as the primary bridge between our organization and global leaders, diplomats, and policy experts.Key ResponsibilitiesDiplomatic Outreach: Identify and reach out to global diplomats, policy experts, and world leaders to secure interview engagements.Strategic Research: Conduct deep-dive research into guests' backgrounds, published works, and recent policy stances to inform interview questions.Briefing Preparation: Develop concise, high-quality briefing notes and /"vibe checks/" for the host prior to each session.Inbox Management: Manage professional correspondence via a dedicated outreach mailbox, ensuring all communications adhere to diplomatic protocol and etiquette.Scheduling: Coordinate across multiple time zones to set up interviews and follow-up meetings.Required Skills & QualificationsProfessional Communication: Mastery of formal written English with an understanding of diplomatic titles and respectful address.Geopolitical Awareness: A strong grasp of current global events, international trade, and multilateral organizations (UN, G20, IMF, etc.).Persistence & Tact: The ability to engage with /"gatekeepers/" (Press Secretaries/Chiefs of Staff) with professional tenacity.Organizational Excellence: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple outreach threads simultaneously.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Shared Mailboxes) and LinkedIn Research tools.What You GainStipend of INR 5,000/- per monthDirect exposure to the world of global diplomacy and high-level policy-making.Research or Production credit on all final interview outputs.A certificate of completion and, subject to performance, a letter of recommendation for future academic or professional pursuits.
