Job Description: Solution Architect – AI, Data & Agentic AILocation: IndiaRole Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: Senior / Architect LevelPresales Experience: MandatoryWork Model: Hybrid / Remote / Customer-aligned as requiredRole OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect – AI, Data & Agentic AI to support enterprise customers in designing and implementing modern AI, data, analytics, and agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data platforms, cloud data architecture, GenAI solutioning, AI agents, automation workflows, and customer-facing presales.This role requires a strong blend of solution architecture, data engineering, AI/ML understanding, GenAI and Agentic AI expertise, presales solutioning, and enterprise consulting skills. The candidate will work closely with sales, delivery, engineering, data, and customer leadership teams to define solutions that help customers modernize their data landscape, adopt AI responsibly, automate business processes, and unlock measurable business value.The candidate must be comfortable leading customer discovery sessions, technical workshops, architecture discussions, demos, proof-of-concepts, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations.Required Skills and Experience10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, solution architecture, enterprise application architecture, or technology consulting.Mandatory presales experience in IT services, data platforms, analytics, cloud, AI, GenAI, automation, or digital transformation solutions.Strong understanding of modern data architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, and analytics platforms.Experience designing AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers.Strong knowledge of Agentic AI patterns such as AI agents, tool calling, orchestration, RAG, memory, workflow automation, human-in-the-loop review, and multi-agent collaboration.Hands-on or solution-level exposure to platforms and tools such as:Azure OpenAIOpenAI / ChatGPT EnterpriseAWS BedrockGoogle Gemini / Vertex AILangChain / LangGraphMicrosoft Semantic KernelAutoGenCrewAIVector databases and enterprise search platformsExperience with data platforms and tools such as:SnowflakeDatabricksMicrosoft FabricAzure Data FactoryAWS GlueBigQueryRedshiftSynapse AnalyticsPower BI / Tableau / LookerExperience with at least one major cloud platform: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.Ability to create architecture diagrams, solution proposals, implementation roadmaps, effort estimates, demos, and proof-of-concept plans.Strong understanding of enterprise security, data privacy, AI governance, and compliance considerations.Excellent communication, presentation, customer stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
