Job Title: Legal AssistantKey Responsibilities Legal Support• Prepare, draft, proofread, and edit legal documents (contracts, agreements, correspondence, etc.)• Organize and maintain physical and digital case files• Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings• Track deadlines and manage legal calendars• Assist attorneys with case preparation and document filing Client Communication• Answer and make phone calls to clients, legal offices, and third parties• Respond to and manage email inquiries professionally and promptly• Schedule client meetings and follow-up appointments• Maintain a courteous and professional manner in all client interactions CRM & Administrative Duties• Input and manage client and case data in the CRM system• Track client interactions, legal tasks, and deadlines within CRM• Generate reports and summaries from CRM as needed• Organize internal documentation, meeting notes, and updates• Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entryRequirements • Diploma or certificate in Legal Assistant, Paralegal Studies, or related field• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role• Familiarity with legal terminology, documents, and procedures• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Clio, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionUS ShiftSalary 45-50k
