Job Objective:Preparation of Bill of Materialincluding drawings, ensuringalignment with the Sales Order for spare parts, adhering to project timelines, and ensuring First-Time-Right accuracy.Feedback on the inquiry raisedby Aftermarket shouldbe provided on time and properlydocumented. Checking, preparing, and implementing drawingsas per defined workflowsMaintaining documents as per ISO QMS requirements. ResponsibilitiesStrategic and planningPreparation of detailedwork plan as per Spare Sales Order deliverables. Plan,Prioritize, Monitor and report project progress. Lead the vertical in absence of Team Lead in various CFT meetings.Functional Core –Responsible for monitoring the order executionplan for designreleases, reviewing statusof plan with team.•Ensure correctness of drawing releasedfrom manufacturability and serviceability perspective.•Take part in technicalmeetings with other functions.•Implement production and service feedbackin designs.•Providing innovative solutions for customised requirements.•Ensuring safe designs, interaction with sales and customers for understanding and responding totheir requirements.•BOM lockingApproval of vendordrawings & Technicalcoordination with vendors.Work on standardisation, non-moving inventory reduction and gross marginimprovement projects.Internal process– Corrective actionand preventive action(CAPA), Bill of materials (BOM),Engineering changenote (ECN), Designchange request (DCR),Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA); Kaizens, ISO audits, Safety audits, Risk Assessments.Key Result Areas:On time releasesRight first timeInventory utilisationCAPA case closure and horizontal deploymentQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degreeExperience: 7 to 10 yrsProficient in Solid works, Solid edge, Teamcenter, AutoCADStrong organizational and communication skillsLocation : ShirwalBus facility is available from Bhosari, Hadapsar, Dhayari, Satara and Shirwal
