Capseed is known for urgent settlements, rapid turnaround times, transparent fees, and practical lending solutions tailored to client needs.Role OverviewAs part of our continued business growth and increasing deal flow, we are looking to add an experienced Relationship Executive / Loan Administration Officer to our team.This is a full-time remote role based in India, supporting our Australia lending operations and working closely with our teams in Mumbai, Dubai, and Melbourne.The role requires someone who can handle volume, think commercially, and structure deals, not just process files.Key ResponsibilitiesManage broker and client relationships across Australia Assess and structure secured lending scenarios (1st & 2nd mortgages) Review loan applications, valuations, titles, and financial documents Prepare credit summaries, indicative terms, and internal submissions Coordinate documentation, compliance checks, and settlements Liaise with borrowers, brokers, solicitors, valuers, and internal teams Track files from enquiry through approval to settlement Ensure fast turnaround times aligned with business expectations Maintain CRM and loan tracking systems accurately Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 3 years’ experience in loan processing, credit support, or secured lending Strong understanding of the Australian mortgage / private lending market Ability to structure deals (LVR, security position, exit strategy) Experience with first and second mortgages, refinancing, and working capital loans Knowledge of valuations, titles, and settlement processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple transactions Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfortable working across India–Australia time zones Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred What We OfferExposure to high-value and complex lending transactions Opportunity to be part of a growing international platform Direct involvement in deals, not just backend processing Career growth aligned with business expansion RemunerationCompetitive and based on experience and capability.How to Apply-Please email your resume to with:A detailed cover letter Your salary expectation Your current location Your availability to work Australia time zones
