Analyse client loan profiles (secured/unsecured, EMI history, defaults)Draft settlement proposals, legal communications, and ADR-related documentationSupport negotiation strategies with banks, NBFCs, and assist in dispute resolution through ADR mechanismsAdvise clients on legal risks, CIBIL impact, settlement structuring, and dispute resolution optionsEnsure compliance with RBI guidelines and fair recovery practicesMaintain case trackers and provide structured reporting insights.Who we are looking for?
