The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care, monitoring patient progress, and supporting rehabilitation programs in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day medical care and supervision of patients admitted to the rehabilitation centerConduct routine check-ups, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient recordsAssist in developing and implementing patient treatment and rehabilitation plansRespond promptly to medical emergencies and ensure appropriate interventionsCoordinate with physiotherapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient careAdminister medications and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment protocolsEducate patients and their families about treatment plans and recovery processesEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal protocolsEligibility CriteriaMBBS /BDS -MBA degree from a recognized institutionValid Medical Council registration2–5 years of clinical experience (experience in rehabilitation or hospital settings preferred)Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skillsGood communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work in shifts, including weekends and emergenciesPreferred SkillsExperience in handling post-operative, neurological, or orthopedic rehabilitation casesBasic life support (BLS) / Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certificationTeam-oriented approach with a patient-centric mindsetIntrested Candidates please Dm to .
