Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to analyze trends, build reports, and improve overall performance.Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sourcesAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insightsDevelop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or LookerWrite and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysisCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirementsPerform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisionsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrityAutomate repetitive data tasks and reporting processesPresent findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiencesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field1–4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar roleStrong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft ExcelExperience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysisStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsGood communication and presentation abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing conceptsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Knowledge of statistics and predictive modelingExperience working in a remote or distributed team
