We work with global clients and focus on building long-term partnerships through quality and trust.Job OverviewWe are looking for a smart and result-driven Bidder / BDE with hands-on experience in freelance platforms, especially Upwork. The candidate should be capable of generating quality leads, writing winning proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients.Key ResponsibilitiesActively bid on platforms like Upwork (primary), Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, GuruIdentify relevant projects in web development (WordPress, Shopify, PHP, etc.)Write customized and high-converting proposals (no copy-paste)Handle client communication, requirement understanding, and follow-upsCoordinate with the technical team for project estimationMaintain proper records of leads, proposals, and conversionsWork towards closing deals and achieving monthly targetsRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 1–2 years of experience in IT bidding/BDEStrong Upwork bidding experience is mandatoryGood understanding of web technologies (WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, PHP)Excellent written and verbal English communicationKnowledge of pricing strategies and client handlingAbility to work independently in a remote setupPreferred QualificationsExperience working with a web development agencyKnowledge of LinkedIn outreach and email marketingExperience handling international clientsProven track record of project closures on Upwork or similar platformsKPIs & Performance Metrics10–15 quality bids per day4–6 client responses per weekMinimum 3–5 project closures per monthCompensation StructureSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + (Incentive)Incentives: Attractive commission on each project closurePerformance-based growth and incrementsWhy Join DevnRankers100% Remote Work FlexibilityGrowth opportunities in the Business Development Manager roleDirect interaction with foundersPerformance-driven and supportive work culture
