Job Summary We are hiring a high-performance Recruitment Associate to support hiring for Virtual Assistants and other business roles. This role is focused on front-end recruitment execution—identifying, screening, and qualifying candidates before they move to advanced interview stages. The ideal candidate is fast, detail-oriented, and has strong judgment in evaluating communication, professionalism, and role fit. This is a target-driven role requiring consistency, ownership, and the ability to maintain quality while handling volume. Responsibilities Sourcing and Pipeline Management - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases - Maintain a consistent pipeline to support 5–10 hires per month - Track and manage candidates using Google Sheets (ATS implementation in future) Screening and Evaluation - Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined role criteria - Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate: - Communication and clarity - Professionalism and attitude - Role understanding and relevant experience - Apply structured screening frameworks (not gut-based decisions) Interview Coordination - Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers - Ensure timely follow-ups and minimize drop-offs in the pipeline Candidate Experience - Represent the company professionally during all candidate interactions - Ensure clear communication regarding role, expectations, and process - Maintain a positive candidate experience, even in rejection Process Discipline and Reporting - Maintain accurate and updated candidate data - Track key funnel metrics (applications → shortlisted → screened → selected) - Identify bottlenecks and flag quality issues early Qualifications Must-Have - 2–5 years of experience in recruitment - Strong spoken English with clear, professional communication - High attention to detail in resume screening and candidate evaluation - Ability to handle repetitive tasks without compromising quality - Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Good-To-Have - Exposure to hiring for healthcare and virtual assistant roles - Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, sourcing, and job portals - Basic understanding of structured interviewing Work Details - Location: Remote - Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST - Type: Full-time Logistical Requirements - Quiet and brightly illuminated work environment - Laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM, an i5 8th gen processor - 720P Webcam and Headset - A reliable ISP with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps - Smartphone
