The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and prepare financial reports. Additional responsibilities include monitoring budgets, reconciling bank statements, processing invoices, managing payroll, and analyzing financial data to support business decisions. The role requires accurate and efficient handling of all accounting procedures to support the company's growth objectives. Qualifications - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management - Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel skills - Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities - Effective organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of tax laws and compliance is a plus - Professional qualifications such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
