Voxela’s vision is to redefine spaces and set a benchmark for excellence in architecture and design. Role Description: Voxela is looking for a proactive, organized and responsible Site HR Manager to oversee peoples’ operations and support workforce management across our premium residential construction and interior design projects in and around Hyderabad. The candidate will coordinate operations with and between site staff, contractors, vendors, and the management team to ensure timely execution and prompt workplace conflict/incident resolution at project sites. Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Commerce with 1–2 years of experience in operations, preferably in construction, interiors, or real estate projects. Construction-related diploma holders with proven track-record also considered.· Experience and expertise in Construction Operations Management, including Vendor-Scouting and Project Performance Management.· Can converse fluently in Telugu and Hindi, with working knowledge of English and basic computer use skills (Excel, ERPNext data entry) · Knowledge of relevant Labour Laws, Compliance, market pricing and industry best practices· Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills· Ability to adapt to a dynamic work-environmentResponsibilities: · Manage daily attendance, manpower records, vendor updates and staff documentation at project sites· Oversee recruitment and on-boarding of site workers and support staff· Maintain employee records, vendor reports, and compliance documentation· Handle workforce and vendor grievances· Coordinate with project managers and contractors regarding manpower requirements· Ensure adherence to company policies, labour regulations and project timelines· Monitor worker safety compliance  What we Offer: · Supportive work environment with limitless growth potential for the right candidate· Hands-on exposure to new-age practices & technologies like ERP providing upskilling· Competitive salary package and field exposureTo Apply:Interested candidates may share their resume with the HR team at Voxela
