Manager II - Deputy Cluster ManagerDH Operations DepartmentNo lengthy intro here, let’s get straight to the details, Zepto speed.Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :●Own end-to-end operations for a cluster of 8 - 12 dark stores, ensuring seamlessexecution from inbound to dispatch.● Drive excellence across inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and last-mile dispatchprocesses with strict adherence to SLAs.●Own and optimize critical store KPIs - putaway TAT, receiving adherence, picking/packingefficiency, defect rates, damages, shrinkage, and overall cost metrics.●Ensure high inventory accuracy across stores through strong control mechanisms,audits, and loss-prevention initiatives.● Drive quality compliance across handling, storage, and dispatch processes whilestandardizing SOPs across all nodes.●Lead Store Managers and large ground teams, ensuring manpower alignment acrossthroughput demands and extended-hour store formats.●Continuously improve throughput, reduce shrinkage and damages, and drive costefficiencies across the cluster.●Own operational performance reviews through structured dashboards, governancecadence, and metric-driven accountability.Are you who we're searching for●Qualification: Graduation, MBA preferred (Operations/Supply Chain) or equivalentexperience●Experience: 3–6+ years in warehouse/dark store/fulfilment center operations withexposure to multi-site management●Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations — inbound to dispatch●Proven experience managing large ground teams across multiple locations●Hands-on with dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven operational reviews●Strong execution focus with ability to operate in high-volume, high-pressureenvironments●Process-oriented mindset with experience enforcing SOPs and driving accountabilitySounds like we’re talking about you?
