The ideal candidate will drive production execution, system optimization, and integration while working closely with supply chain and operations stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Analysis & Solution DesignCollaborate with Supply Chain & Manufacturing stakeholders to gather and define business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional and technical specificationsDefine system scope, objectives, and solution architecture for enhancementsConfiguration & OptimizationConfigure SAP Manufacturing (S/4 / ECC), MES, and Labeling solutionsOptimize production execution processes and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)Ensure system performance, stability, and scalabilitySystem EnhancementsIdentify and implement system improvements and automation opportunitiesWork with development teams for custom solutions and testingDrive AI-enabled enhancements for supply chain and manufacturing efficiencyIntegration & SupportSupport integrations between SAP, MES, Labeling, and other enterprise systemsProvide L2/L3 support and troubleshootingAct as escalation point for complex manufacturing system issuesContinuous ImprovementMonitor system performance and user feedbackImplement best practices for system maintenance, upgrades, and process optimizationRequired SkillsStrong experience in SAP Manufacturing (S/4HANA / ECC)Hands-on experience with MES and Labeling systemsKnowledge of Production Execution & Batch TraceabilityUnderstanding of Supply Chain & Manufacturing processesExperience in system configuration, optimization, and integrationsStrong experience in requirement gathering (BRD, FDD, User Stories, Test Cases)Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in Food Manufacturing domainExposure to AI-driven manufacturing optimizationSAP Certification or Six SigmaExperience Required7+ years of overall IT experienceMinimum 5+ years in SAP Manufacturing / MES / Labeling environments
