Organisations today need leaders who can think across technology, sustainability, public policy, and human behaviour—and who are capable of navigating ambiguity and designing solutions that work across sectors.Nayanta University’s founding mission—to develop curious, ethical, and responsible leaders for an equitable and sustainable world—provides the platform to design a new kind of executive Master’s that is interdisciplinary, future-ready, and grounded in India’s emerging role in global and regional governance.Qualifications & Experience5+ years of experience in Admissions and Outreach for executive education, or in a role that required liaison at mid to senior levels in corporate and other institutionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh organisational capability with attention to detailAbility to work confidently with industry professionals across the corporate, public sector, and development sectorsKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare outreach strategy and publicity materialWork closely with programme leadership to prepare Target Participant Profiles and to list organisations that could potentially send their employees to the programme.Translate the program vision and differentiators into coherent messages for various target participant profiles and target organisations.Prepare a strategy for direct outreach and use of social media, etc., for spreading awareness about the programAnchor the outreach program to attract applicantsWork closely with programme leadership to execute the outreach strategy.Anchor the outreach program with organisations, and be the point of regular contact with key people in the target organisations.Build personal networks and provide support in communication, answering queries, etc.Manage the admissions processWork closely with programme leadership in the design of admission criteria and process.Manage the admissions process, including the external interface with applicants and the internal approval process.Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless on-ground delivery and real-time issue resolution during the admissions process.Manage invoicing and fee payment processCollect and provide feedback for modifications in the programme (messaging, outreach, content, format) to better align with market needs, for subsequent years.The stated responsibilities are not an exhaustive list of duties.
