Build a thorough understanding about the Project and the Domain.Initiate and maintain cordial relations with key stakeholders at customer site. Attend / Brief the concerned officials including the Top Officers and other Key Stake Holders of the Customer Side on a regular basis. Keep stakeholders and senior management informed about project status, milestones achieved, and any significant developments.Ensure that the various teams involved in Delivering the project including the Study Team, Development Team, Testing Team, Documentation Team, Quality Team etc work in coordination for delivering a High Quality Solution as per the Scope, Quality and Timelines specified in the Contract. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports. Collaborate with project team members to optimize resource utilization and provide guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performance levels.Possess good understanding of payment processes and coordinate and communicate effectively to ensure timely payments. Ensure that the Billing is Done as per Contractual Terms and Payments are followed up till received.
