Job Role: Lead (GIS/POI Mapping)Job Type: PermanentLocation: Nanakramguda, HyderabadWork mode: Work from Office (WFO)Please find the below job description: Required Qualifications: Need experience 5+ Years in GIS or related field.Specialization in GIS Mapping related softwares , POI (Point of interest) and strong experience on FusionX Tool.Have work experience as a proven people management and delivery managementRole and responsibilities:Leadership skills to lead a team of 15 to 30 team towards meeting project goalsProvide recommendations for improvement of the mapping processCoordinate with team members and other team leads for smooth execution of the project Drive service delivery performanceEscalation Management Risk Management Meeting defined goals and for productivity, quality and efficiencyDeep understanding of project domains, and people management and tools such as workflow management system • Support Project Manager with timely inputs on project progress and team performanceClient coordination resolving technical queries from the team for any escalations/resolutions Staffing, Training Need Identification & Training Effectiveness • Project planning and delivery management • Periodic status review meeting • Manage and monitor performanceCompetencies & Skills:Fluent written and spoken English-High influential verbal communicationKnowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Proficiency in GIS packagesTechnical analysis skills and strong project domain knowledgeCapable to manage compliance systems -ISO,ISMSHigh capable to manage trainings as a chief Mentor to his teamsEducation: Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Degree in any stream)/Post Graduate in science.
