Job Title: Data AnalystLocation: Pune Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Overview-We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our warehouse and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying inefficiencies, and providing actionable insights to improve inventory management, order processing, and overall warehouse performance.Key Responsibilities•Analyze warehouse data including inventory levels, order flow, and dispatch timelines•Track key operational metrics such as order turnaround time, fill rate, and stock accuracy•Identify bottlenecks in warehouse processes and recommend improvements•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance•Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to understand data requirements•Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and dead stock items•Support demand forecasting and inventory planning•Ensure data accuracy and maintain data integrity across systems•Create dashboards and reports for real-time decision-makingRequired Skills & Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)•Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL•Good analytical and problem-solving skills•Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights•Strong attention to detail and accuracy•Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teamsPreferred Skills (Good to Have)•Experience with Power BI / Tableau or any data visualization tool•Understanding of warehouse operations / supply chain processes•Exposure to ERP systems or inventory management toolsWhat We’re Looking For•Someone who can go beyond reporting and drive insights from data•A proactive individual who can identify problems and suggest solutions•Interest in operations, logistics, and supply chain analytics
