The ideal candidate should have deep experience in Oracle HCM technical development and integrations, capable of independently delivering solutions and working directly with clients on complex implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesOracle HCM Technical DevelopmentDesign and develop Fast Formulas (FF), BI Publisher (BIP) reports, and HCM ExtractsWork on HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data migration and managementDevelop custom technical solutions within Oracle HCM CloudIntegration & OIC DevelopmentDesign and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Build integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and legacy systemsWork with REST & SOAP APIs, FBDI, and web servicesEnsure secure integrations (authentication, authorization, endpoint configuration)Solution Design & DeliveryCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration strategiesParticipate in design, development, and code reviewsEnsure quality through unit testing and validation processesSupport & OptimizationTroubleshoot and resolve integration and reporting issuesOptimize performance of integrations and reportsMaintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to clientsLeadership & CollaborationGuide junior team members and support best practicesWork independently on mid-to-large scale client projectsCommunicate effectively with client and internal teamsRequired SkillsStrong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud TechnicalHands-on expertise in Fast Formula (FF), BI Publisher (BIP), HCM ExtractsStrong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDLKnowledge of API security, authentication, and integration designExperience working with Oracle EBS / JD Edwards (preferred)Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with Visual Builder / Process BuilderOIC CertificationExperience in large-scale enterprise integrationsExperience Required7+ years of overall IT experienceMinimum 3+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Minimum 4+ years in Oracle HCM technical development (BIP, FF, Extracts)
