Exciting Fresher Opportunity in Bench Sales Recruitment Night Shift Career Growth Location : Indore (Vijay Nagar) Work Type : Onsite Shift Timing: 6:15 PM IST - 3:20 AM IST (Night Shift) Job Description We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our onsite team in Indore. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with OPT, CPT, H1B, H4-EAD, GC, and US Citizen consultants and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced US staffing environment. The Recruiter will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants, building strong vendor relationships, and closing positions efficiently. Key Responsibilities - Market and place consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens) on various client requirements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, Tier-1 agencies, and implementation partners. - Understand consultant skill sets, experience, and preferences to present them effectively to clients. - Source requirements from job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), vendor lists, and networking channels. - Submit qualified candidates to open roles and follow up for interview feedback and updates. - Negotiate rates with vendors/clients and ensure competitive submissions. - Prepare and update marketing materials such as resumes, summaries, and profiles as needed. - Track and manage daily submissions, interview schedules, and placement activity. - Maintain transparency, timely communication, and professionalism with consultants throughout the placement cycle. - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets. Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong knowledge of US staffing processes, work authorizations, and hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099). - Experience working with OPT, CPT, H1B, H4-EAD, GC, and USC consultants. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to build strong vendor/client relationships through networking and follow-ups. - Familiarity with job boards such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a performance-driven environment. - Must be comfortable working onsite in Indore and during US night shift hours.
