We're seeking a reliable and proactive IT Support professional to provide technical assistance, maintain system functionality, and support end-users—both on-site and remotely. This is a night shift role with cab drop facility provided after working hours.Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and network issues). Offer remote IT support using remote access tools and platforms. Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks. Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation. Assist with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with vendors or senior IT staff for complex issue resolution.
