Remote6 Month ContractJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Veeva Vault Regulatory Architect with a strong background in the Life Sciences or Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 12 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Veeva Vault configuration, preferably within Veeva Vault Regulatory. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of GxP validation processes and release management.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Veeva Vault Regulatory applications in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.Understand Vault regulatory architecture and have experience in running projects within Veeva Vault regulatory ecosystem . Should have worked on an integration project with other application.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement configuration changes.Participate in release management activities including impact assessments, deployment planning, and post-release validation.Ensure compliance with GxP and validation standards throughout the configuration lifecycle.Support issue resolution and change requests related to Vault Regulatory configuration.Maintain documentation for configuration changes and validation deliverables.Coordinate with QA and business stakeholders during UAT and validation phases.Required Qualifications6–9 years of experience in the Life Sciences or Healthcare industry.Minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva Vault configuration, with a strong preference for Vault Regulatory.Solid understanding of GxP compliance, validation processes, and release management.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Jira and ALM tools.Veeva Vault Admin Certification.Sound knowledge of Azure cloud services.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting).Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
