At Spacemekk, we aim to blend innovation and creativity to deliver bespoke design solutions that stand the test of time.Purpose: Study property layout, understand client requirement and prepare drawings. Responsible for accuracy and on-time handover of drawing to complete project within schedule.Understanding Client Requirement from Project in charge - Study property layout, understand client requirement and study the basic plan. Consider all the work related aspects based on basic concepts, area calculations and understand material requirements.Understand and resolve all the project related queries with Project in charge.Basic norms knowledge - Be aware of the basic norms required for the overall execution of the project, PCMC Building Permission Norms, Area Calculation. Keep in touch with the submission team for updates related to permission & calculations.Finalization of Presentation Drawing - As per the allocated design by the Project In charge, prepare the presentation drawing. Handover final drawings to the Project In charge for the Management approval.Revision & Approval - Revise the presentation drawing as per the clients requirement, if required. Get it checked and approved from Project In charge.Site Elevations - Prepare remaining two side elevations of the project for finalized design.Preparation of the Working Drawing - Prepare the working drawing assigned by Project In charge. Get it checked from seniors for further management approval.Coordination & follow up with Structural Consultants, RCC coordinator, MEP consultants, Site Engineer - Provide/ get additional information about the project if required. Take structure and action plan from consultants. Handover final drawings to on site project team.Client Coordination & Support - Coordinate with client and provide support for finalization of civil/electrical/plumbing contractors as per project requirement. Ensure transparency in the selection process and take all the decisions in consultation with Management Team.Monitoring of Project Execution Work - Visit the project site and monitor the execution of work as & when required. Ensure work is done as per given drawings and parameters.Continual Improvement - Understand technology/process upgradtion requirements and submit proposal to HOD. Take the guidance from HOD for the self improvement. Suggest to HOD if any training is needed.MIS & Reporting - Compile and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to HOD & Management as per requirement.CompetenciesKnowledge: Design Concepts & Principles, Project Management, Interior design terminology & technicalities.Technical Skills: Hands on experience on Design Software.Behavioral Skills: Business Communication, Presentation Skills, Client Service, Result Orientation.NotesJr. Ar. 1-2 YearsOpenings: 3Experience - 1 to 2 yearsSal - 15k to 18k (negotiable)
