School ERP / MIS Sales Specialist — UK MarketRemote | India preferred | Immediate joiningWe are hiring a School ERP / MIS Sales Specialist to help introduce, our school management and operations platform, to schools in the UK.This is not a generic EdTech sales role.Our platform helps schools manage all school workflows in one connected platform. We are looking for someone who understands, or has directly sold, software used by schools.What you will doYou will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to UK schools, school groups, and education decision-makers to create interest and book qualified demos.Your work will include:Finding relevant school contacts and decision-makersReaching out through email, LinkedIn, and callsSpeaking with headteachers, school business managers, bursars, operations managers, and senior school leadersQualifying interest and booking product demosUnderstanding school pain points around systems, communication, attendance, fees, and operationsMaintaining clean follow-up recordsWorking closely with leadership to improve outreach and sales messagingWho we are looking forWe are looking for someone with experience in B2B sales to schools or direct experience selling school ERP, MIS, LMS, school management software, or education operations software.You should be:Fluent in written and spoken EnglishConfident speaking with senior school decision-makersFamiliar with how schools operateComfortable with outbound sales and follow-upsAble to explain software clearly without sounding scriptedPersistent, mature, and professionalAble to work independentlyExperience selling only online courses, tutoring packages, test prep, or generic EdTech products may not be relevant for this role unless you have also sold directly to schools or institutions.CompensationThis is a remote role with a base salary plus performance incentives.The final package will depend on your experience, communication ability, and proven success selling to schools or education institutions.How to applyPlease apply only if you have relevant experience with school software, ERP/MIS, institutional education sales, or B2B sales to schools.Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an ai based first interview followed by second and final interview.
