Role DescriptionSense AI is hiring Human Data Managers to help scale a global voice recording program used to train advanced AI speech and conversation models.In this role, you’ll recruit and manage contributors who record high-quality two-person English conversational data through the Sense AI Voice Contributor Portal. You’ll be responsible for onboarding contributors, ensuring they have the correct recording setup, and reviewing submitted voice data for quality. This is a performance-based role with significant upside tied directly to the volume and quality of accepted audio your contributors submit.Responsibilities: • Recruit native or bilingual English-speaking contributors online (e.g. through LinkedIn, Reddit, Onlinejobs.ph, job boards, referrals, etc.) or in-person • Ensure geographic and accent/dialect diversity among recruited contributors • Ensure contributors fully understand Sense AI’s voice recording requirements (provided upon hiring) • Verify contributors have required equipment before approving them • Review all contributor voice samples and voice data for audio quality and guideline compliance • Help contributors understand how to properly use the Sense AI Voice Contributor Portal • Review submitted voice recordings and provide feedback to help contributors improve future recordings • Continuously monitor contributor performance and remove underperforming contributors from the program Required Equipment: • Laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet access • Headphones • Regular access to a quiet environment for reviewing contributor voice samples and submitted recordings • Ability to properly identify background noise, white noise, echo, unclear speech, and poor recording quality • Contributors you manage must have: Device (e.g. phone or laptop) capable of recording with no white noise, stable WiFi, headphones or earbuds for all calls, and a quiet recording environment with no background noise • External or USB microphone is strongly recommended for contributors, but not required if their device records clean audio with no white noiseCompensation • $1.50 for every approved hour of audio submitted by contributors you manage • Example: 180 contributors × 12.5 approved hours/week × $1.50/hour = $3,375/week for you • Opportunities for increased earnings as volume and quality scale • Payments made bi-weekly via GustoQualifications • Comfortable recruiting and managing contributors and ensuring they accurately follow directions • Attention to detail when reviewing audio quality • Ability to give clear, constructive feedback • Familiarity with voice recording, microphones, or audio quality review is helpful but not required • Experience with recruiting, data labeling operations, audio review, or content moderation is a plusCompany DescriptionSense AI specializes in creating high-quality datasets for multimodal AI training.
