This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in customer support, communication, and process coordination in a fast-growing EdTech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in handling customer queries via calls, chats, and emails in a timely and professional mannerSupport the team in resolving customer issues and providing appropriate solutionsEscalate complex queries to senior team members when requiredMaintain and update customer interaction records in CRM systemsFollow up with customers to ensure query resolution and satisfactionCoordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Academics) for issue resolutionHelp ensure adherence to SLAs and service quality standardsCollect customer feedback and share insights for process improvementRequired Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Final-year student / Freshers can applyStrong verbal and written communication skillsCustomer-first mindset and willingness to learnGood problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills (Good to Have)Interest in EdTech or customer experience rolesFamiliarity with CRM or ticketing tools (basic knowledge is a plus)What You’ll GainMonthly stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 (based on skills, performance, and availability)Certificate of completionHands-on learning and mentorship from industry professionalsOpportunity for full-time conversion based on performance
