Role OverviewWe are hiring a Sales / Account Executive with proven experience selling SaaS solutions to manufacturing companies in India. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands factory operations, frontline workforce challenges, qualification and compliance requirements, and enterprise buying cycles.You will help manufacturing organizations adopt Edrevel’s industry solutions to transform workforce capability across plants, sites, and distributed operations. You will work with operations leaders, HR/L&D teams, quality leaders, plant heads, and enterprise decision-makers to position Edrevel as a strategic platform for qualification, readiness, and performance improvement.What You Will SellEdrevel’s manufacturing and industry solutions are designed to help organizations:standardize workforce qualification across shifts and sites,reduce training and assessment cycle times,improve audit readiness and compliance visibility,convert SOPs and internal knowledge into structured training,validate real job readiness with skill checks and assessments,provide leaders with real-time visibility into who is ready, qualified, and compliant. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure for manufacturing and industrial accounts in India.Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across sectors such as discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, food & beverage, automotive, chemicals, and industrial services.Engage senior stakeholders including CHROs, L&D heads, plant heads, operations directors, quality/compliance leaders, and digital transformation teams.Position Edrevel’s value in terms of business outcomes: faster qualification, reduced readiness variability, stronger compliance evidence, and lower administrative effort.Conduct consultative discovery to understand customer workflows, workforce qualification models, audit processes, and skill development needs.Deliver product demos and solution presentations tailored to manufacturing use cases.Work closely with product, implementation, and leadership teams to shape proposals, solution scopes, and enterprise deals.Manage account strategy for named prospects and customers, including expansion opportunities across plants, regions, and business units.Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and disciplined opportunity management.Represent Edrevel at industry meetings, trade events, partner discussions, and customer workshops in India.Required Experience5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, enterprise sales, or account management.Demonstrated success selling into manufacturing companies in India.Prior experience selling one or more of the following:LMS / LXP / workforce training platformsHR tech / talent techcompliance / qualification systemsplant digitization / operational SaaSassessment, skills, or workforce productivity platformsStrong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying groups, and consultative selling.Experience closing mid-market and enterprise deals.Ability to speak credibly with both business and operational stakeholders.Preferred ExperienceExperience selling into sectors with audit, compliance, and workforce qualification requirements.Familiarity with manufacturing operations, SOP-driven environments, plant onboarding, technical training, or quality systems.Exposure to industries such as FMCG, automotive, heavy industry, or multi-site manufacturing.Experience selling fast-growing SaaS to corporations or industries.Startup mindsetWhat Success Looks LikeBuild qualified pipeline in target manufacturing verticals.Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.Win strategic logos in India’s manufacturing and industrial sectors.Expand customer relationships beyond initial pilots into multi-site rollouts.Clearly communicate measurable business impact, including faster assessment cycles, stronger qualification visibility, and improved audit readiness.
