Role Description The House Master will be responsible for managing the hostel and ensuring the overall well-being, discipline, and development of students. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanumangarh. The candidate will act as a mentor and ensure a structured and supportive residential environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily hostel routines and maintain discipline Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of students Monitor student behavior, attendance, and daily activities Support academic and personal development of students Conduct inspections, roll calls, and routine checks Address student concerns and provide guidance Coordinate with teachers, administration, and parents Maintain records related to attendance, leave, and discipline Qualifications Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Experience in student management or residential school setup Ability to handle discipline and conflict resolution Good organizational and time management skills Understanding of students’ emotional and psychological needs Alignment with value-based education systems Experience in Sainik School or similar institutions preferred Defence background will be an added advantage Compensation Salary: No bar for the right candidate Accommodation and meals will be provided How to Apply Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume to:
