The Clinical Licensing Specialist will be responsible for managing state medical and nursing board licensing processes, performing compliance research, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves analyzing data, ensuring regulatory adherence, and providing excellent customer service through effective communication. Collaboration with internal teams and external parties to resolve licensing challenges is a core part of the role.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to assess and process licensing data and ensure compliance with regulationsExpertise in Licensing procedures and policies, ensuring accurate and timely application managementEffective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholdersProficiency in performing detailed Research related to state and federal licensing requirementsOrganizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate, up-to-date documentationAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote capacityA bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plusPrevious experience in healthcare or regulatory compliance is advantageous
