Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Technical Service Specialist with a strong background in CCTV systems, Access Control, and Networking. The candidate will be responsible for providing remote technical support, troubleshooting issues over calls, and assisting field teams and clients with system configuration and service-related queries.Key Responsibilities:Provide remote technical support for CCTV, Access Control, and Networking systems Troubleshoot and resolve service issues over the phone, email, or remote access tools Assist clients and field engineers in system configuration and commissioning Diagnose faults and guide on corrective actions Coordinate with field service teams for on-site issue resolution when required Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation of issues and solutions Ensure timely closure of service tickets and customer satisfaction Support installation teams with technical guidance when needed Required Skills:Hands-on experience with Access Control, CCTV & Network Good understanding of networking (IP addressing, routing basics, switches) Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools Problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication skills (verbal & written) Qualifications:Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field, Certification5+ years of hands-on experience in Fire, CCTV, Access Control, and Networking in the field.
