Role Description:Job Timings : 9:30AM to 6:30PM ( Wednesday to Monday).Salary Range : up to 4LPA.Details:This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive at AJ Starlite (CP Firm), located in Alkapur Township, Manikonda, Hyderabad 500089 which will be having attractive Sales Incentive structure (Regular Incentives + Spot Incentives + Special Incentives).The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including Identifying and connecting with potential clients.Cold calling.Live lead callsConverting cold call to site visits.Showcasing properties with Site Visits (Travelling to multiple projects across Hyderabad like Rajendra nagar, Miyapur, Tellapur, Kollur, Neopolis, Kukatpally, OsmanNagar, Kondapur etc.)Regular follow-ups with Clients.Managing negotiations.Closing sales.Achieving Monthly Targets.After Sales support.Should own a 2/4 wheeler.Must be in and around commutable distance to Manikonda.The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with developers and staying updated on market trends to provide clients with informed advice and assistance.Qualifications:6 to 12 months of experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred.Negotiation skillsClient Relationship Management and excellent Communication skillsHyderabad Real Estate Market Analysis and Research skillsProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience in the real estate industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related fieldAJ Starlite:Since our inception in 2024, AJ Starlite has cultivated strong partnerships with Hyderabad's leading developers, ensuring unparalleled access to premium new properties across the city.
