Descrizione del ruolo: La risorsa sar\u00e0 Responsabile di coordinare e gestire sia i nuovi progetti che le attivit\u00e0 di miglioramento continuativo legate all\u2019ottimizzazione dei processi nell\u2019area Operations Process & E-payments , con l\u2019obiettivo di garantirne elevati standard qualitativi, nel rispetto delle policy interne e dei requisiti normativi. La figura sar\u00e0 un punto di riferimento tra i vari dipartimenti, promuovendo l\u2019efficienza operativa e l\u2019allineamento agli obiettivi strategici. Principali responsabilit\u00e0: Pianificare, coordinare e supervisionare le attivit\u00e0 progettuali end-to-end Supportare iniziative di miglioramento continuo e ottimizzazione dei processi Definire lo scope, gli obiettivi e i deliverable dei progetti in collaborazione con gli stakeholder. Sviluppare piani di progetto dettagliati, stabilire milestone e monitorare l\u2019avanzamento. Identificare e gestire rischi, problemi e dipendenze progettuali Garantire una comunicazione efficace e una collaborazione continua tra i dipartimenti. Monitorare le performance dei progetti e fornire aggiornamenti regolari al management. Assicurare la conformit\u00e0 alle policy interne e ai requisiti normativi. Requisiti: Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria, Business Administration o ambiti affini. Esperienza comprovata (minimo 2 anni) nella gestione di progetti, preferibilmente in ambito sistemi di pagamento, gioco online o servizi digitali. Ottime capacit\u00e0 organizzative e analitiche. Eccellenti doti comunicative e di gestione degli stakeholder. Solida conoscenza ed esperienza pratica delle metodologie Scrum e Agile Project Management . Certificazioni PMP, Prince2 o equivalenti sono considerate un plus. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
