The role is extremely diverse, requiring strategic thinking and marketing expertise to work across various products and target segments Key responsibilities include: Support product management processes, gather and analyze portfolio performance; Learn the intricacies of the SBS market, processes and products to pursue opportunity of improving customer experience and value proposition Contribute to develop and deploy pragmatic implementation strategies to drive innovation with a focus on driving revenues and customer satisfaction; Conduct research, perform analysis to provide insights and recommendations to solve business issues (e.g. slower than forecast growth rate etc.) and meet business KPIs; Coordinate with diverse internal teams the fulfillment of processes (Sales, Compliance, Legal, Controllership, among others); Collaborate with the international teams for best practice sharing; Support team in managing all the governance & control aspects related to the SBS products management Minimum Qualifications: Self-starter with demonstrated ability to drive results independently while managing multiple projects; Experience with customer-oriented campaigns or benefits Strong analytical skills (proven by having some degree of analytical tasks ownership in current role), financial acumen and good attention to quality and details; Proven project management and relationship management skills; Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and written & verbal communication skills; Excellent Italian and English communication skills (written and verbal); Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) Qualifications We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
