Here are the responsibilities that our Inside Sales Specialist will assume: Reach out to existing users of the software to accelerate direct sales coverage, secure and promote support/maintenance contract renewals, and identify new sales opportunities Participate actively in the onboarding experience of new customers, and more broadly in the continuous improvement of the customer journey Generate well-qualified leads and transfer them to account managers Assist account managers in booking meetings with clients Update the company database throughout the multiple conversations with clients Assist account managers by reaching out to customers to boost attendance at different events or targeted campaign initiatives (Marketing events, seminars, etc.) Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospectsComplete any other tasks that may contribute to the sales department’s improvement, development and increase in sales 3 years in customer service and B2B sales Ability to build good relationships with clients and drive meaningful conversations Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone and email Ease with the use of a CRM Strong sense of organization and strategic time management Who are we ?
