Manager, Marketing – Japan will be a key member of the local commercial team in developing a robust launch plan and executing on it, in ensuring an environment conducive to rapid uptake of the medicine in clinical practice. In this role, she/he will combine scientific knowledge with business acumen at the intersection of innovation, marketing and medical impact. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, she/he will work closely with Commercial Ops, Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), Legal/Regulatory, Compliance, Finance and Sales functions. Marketing manager requires strong project management and communication skills along with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders. She/He shall continuously strive to expand the envelope of market intelligence through data analysis, customer interactions and primary market research.
