Job Description

Job Summary The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing product quality assurance processes within the distribution center. This role ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Storage Practices (GSP), while maintaining high standards of inspection, risk analysis, and audit readiness. The supervisor leads the team of quality inspectors, monitors product evaluations, and implements corrective actions to reduce non-conformances and improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, the position requires close collaboration with operations to guarantee accurate order fulfillment and adherence to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities—what you'll do: · Supervise and train the quality inspection team, ensuring the proper execution of product inspections through established acceptance and rejection procedures. · Ensure timely notification and follow-up of non-compliant materials or products, verifying that they are removed from the material flow, properly segregated, investigated, and destroyed when necessary. · Execute and analyze key performance indicators (CPM, DPM, RFT) to identify trends, ensure timely corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement. · Monitor assortment verification and order accuracy. · Ensure compliance with GMP and GSP standards at distribution center. · Prepare and respond to internal and external audits. · Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in quality processes, ensuring the timely update of related procedures and records to maintain compliance and effectiveness Requierements Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering – Chemistry or related fields (Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management) Previous experience: Quality, manufacturing, plant operations, distribution centers, inspection. 5+ years of experience, including team leadership experience. English: Upper-intermediate level, conversational; English interview/screening required. 100% on-site, availability of flexible working hours. Practical assessment required. Knowledge of regulations for the cosmetic industry and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Knowledge of quality and analysis tools: CAPAs, change control, risk analysis.
