Clinical Operations.This is not a nurse supervisor role.This is a senior executive leadership position responsible for:• Overseeing a team of 6 nurses• Enforcing 100% protocol compliance• Maintaining Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)• Registered Nurse with valid credentials• Minimum 10 years clinical experience• Minimum 5–7 years of leadership in a hospital or large clinical setting• Experience managing 5+ nursing staff• Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)• Strong familiarity with Mexican healthcare regulations• Experience with audits and compliance systems• Advanced degree preferred (Master’s in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent)• Must work onsite in Puerto VallartaPreferred Experience• Private hospital or concierge medical environment• Exposure to
