We are looking for a Planning Manager with strong experience in planning and project controls for large-scale EPC projects. This role is responsible for the development, control, and monitoring of project schedules for industrial construction and energy projects. This position plays a critical role in ensuring schedule, cost, and scope alignment, leveraging advanced project control methodologies and Primavera P6. About the Role Key Responsibilities Plans manage, and control large-scale EPC / EPCM projects. Develop and maintain the Project Master Schedule using Primavera P6. Integrate schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning. Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis, schedule risk assessments, and scenario planning. Track physical and financial progress using Earned Value Management (EVM). Coordinate planning activities with corporate and site-based teams, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Cost Control, Contracts, and HSE. Manage baselines, re-baselines, schedule changes, and recovery plans. Prepare executive reports, KPIs, dashboards, and schedule forecasts. Support contractual claims, extensions of time (EOT), and delay analysis. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to planning and scheduling teams. Ensure compliance with contractual, client, and internal planning standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in project planning and controls for large-scale EPC projects. Proven experience in industrial construction and/or energy sector projects. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6. Strong knowledge of Project Controls, CPM, and EVM. Experience working in both corporate office and project site environments. Willingness to travel or be assigned to project sites. Advanced English proficiency. Preferred Skills Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI-SP, PSP, AACE). Experience with EPC, EPCM, and FIDIC contracts. Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or project dashboards. Experience in energy generation, oil & gas, renewables, or industrial plants. Experience working with international and multicultural teams.
