A leading Mexican financial company undergoing international expansion is seeking a Tech Manager to lead engineering teams in an AI-First environment , with a strong focus on architecture, data, and the implementation of Artificial Intelligence–driven solutions. This role will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams (Software Development, Infrastructure, QA, Technical Support, and Partner Management), defining technical standards, and evolving the development lifecycle toward an IA-DLC (AI Development Lifecycle) approach, ensuring quality, scalability, security, and measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop high-performance engineering and AI teams. • Define and enforce development standards, code quality, experimentation frameworks, and best practices for AI-based solutions. • Design and implement a modern IA-DLC (data, experimentation, model development, deployment, and monitoring). • Collaborate with DevOps to ensure reliability, monitoring, and efficient solution deployment. • Define scalable AI-ready architectures in cloud environments. • Promote MLOps best practices, AI governance, and responsible AI usage. • Integrate AI as part of the team’s “default way of working.” We Are Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • Master’s degree in Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or related areas (preferred). • 6+ years of experience in IT management roles, preferably within Fintech and/or financial services. • Proven experience in software development with applied artificial intelligence in products and services. Key Knowledge & Skills: • Strong background in software architecture (microservices, APIs, distributed systems). • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern infrastructure practices (IaC). • Practical knowledge of Machine Learning, model integration, AI APIs, and managed AI services. • MLOps experience: model versioning, CI/CD for ML, performance monitoring, and data/model drift management. • Data management expertise: quality, governance, security, and regulatory compliance. • AI-First mindset, continuous innovation, and results-driven orientation. • Advanced English proficiency.
